Synopsis:

On Christmas Eve, three homeless people living on the streets of Tokyo find a newborn baby among the trash and set out to find its parents.

في أحد الأعياد، ثلاثة شحاتين من مدينة طوكيو، رجل متوسط العمر يدعى جين كثير المشاحنة مع ميوكي، طالبة هاربة في المرحلة الثانوية تدعى ميوكي، وفتاة أخرى تدعى هانا صوتها مثل الرجال وفمها كبير، بينما كانوا يبحثون في أكياس القمائم عن هدايا العيد لأنفسهم وجدوا طفلة صغيرة تبكي، التقطوا هذه الطفلة من الأرض، واعتبروها هدية العيد. هانا الغير قادرة على الإنجاب تقسم على رعاية هذه الطفلة الصغيرة، وتبدأ قصة الفيلم للبحث عن أم هذه الطفلة
